How do I send products to your studio?
Agree your shoot with us before sending products. Pack each item securely, label it with its product reference and include your name and the agreed product list. Use a tracked courier and keep the tracking details. We confirm the delivery arrangements with you.
Can I work with you from elsewhere in the UK?
Yes. You can brief us remotely and send products to our York studio. You do not need to travel for a standard product shoot. Contact us first about large, fragile, valuable, perishable or restricted items so we can agree suitable arrangements.
When will I receive the images?
Tell us your deadline and when your products will be ready to send. We confirm the shoot and delivery dates before booking. Allow time for transport, preparation and any agreed review stages.
How are my products returned?
We agree return arrangements and any courier cost as part of planning the shoot. Keep useful original packaging with the products and tell us about handling requirements. Ask before sending anything that needs specialist transport or cover.
What should I send with the products?
Include a product list, identifying references, the agreed views and any instructions about packaging or assembly. Send complete samples in good condition. Flag marks, fragile parts, expiry dates or anything we should not open.
Can you give me an estimate before I send anything?
Yes. A product link, list or a few phone photos is enough to start. We agree the images, photography and finishing in an itemised estimate, with VAT shown separately. There is no minimum order.
Can I drop products off in York?
Yes, by arrangement. Contact us first to agree a time and what you are bringing, so we can be ready to receive the products.
How do we agree the photographs remotely?
Share the product information, where the images will be used and any references. We confirm the views, styling, file requirements, price and timing before you send the samples. You do not need to know photography terminology.
